Rules

1. All guests must register at the office upon arrival; all fees are due & payable at registration. All guests are required to check out with the office. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON. Daily, weekly and monthly renewals, must be paid by 2 PM on the date they are due; NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $35 late fee plus a $10/day on all user fees not paid on or before 2 PM on the due date. After three (3) days you will be asked to settle any/all outstanding charges and vacate the park.
2. A $100 security deposit is REQUIRED from all guests staying one (1) month or more, and you must encase your sewer hose in a PVC pipe and run it underneath your RV whenever possible. The sewer hose must be kept in good repair at all times, and we are not responsible for damage from lawn maintenance workers or any other source.
3. Each site is limited to a single-family unit. One travel trailer, or motor home and one vehicle. Maximum occupancy per unit is four (4) persons: 2-adults and 2-children. School age children are welcome for a maximum of a one month stay. For security reasons, any guest(s) staying over two (2) days will also be required to register with their vehicle information and driver’s license(s) at the office. A $3/day fee per each guest will be added. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when outside of your RV site area, and you are responsible for the conduct and behavior of your pet, child/children and/or guest(s).
4. The following items are acceptable items for storage outside of your RV:
   • 2 – Potted plants (small or medium)
   • 2 – Bicycles (secured at all times)
   • 1 – Satellite dish
   • 2 – Storage/tote containers with secure lids, (not to exceed 3’X4’X2’)
   • 1 – BBQ Pit (small or medium)
   • 1 – 2’X3’ mat or stepping stones
   • 1 – Pet carrier

When these items are not in use, they must be stored under your RV; nothing is to be placed on the grass. Small items (shoes, toys, charcoal, chairs, cleaning equipment, etc.) must be in a storage tote and stored as described above. We recommend securing your items at all times, as we are not responsible for loss or damage of any property. Your site must be clean and tidy in appearance at all times; you are responsible for ensuring your site stays clean of any debris, pet waste, cigarette butts, etc.

5. Parking is only allowed on the parking pad provided at each site, or in designated areas, not on the grass, in vacant sites, behind the office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm), nor in any way blocking the fire lane along the fences or entrance/egress of other guests’ vehicles. Any vehicle parked otherwise, will be towed at the owner’s expense. The park’s SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH, so please also advise any/all visitors.
6. One pet (12 lbs. or less) is welcome, as long as it remains in your RV. Whenever the pet is outside of your RV, it must be on a leash, and you must be on the other end of the leash. Designated pet areas are along the fences on either side of the asphalt driveway. Pet waste must be bagged and disposed of properly. Your pet is not permitted to be staked outside, nor is it allowed in the Park Office or Laundromat. Failing to declare and maintain true, accurate and complete information regarding your pet status on the office copy of the site service agreement will be considered a violation of PARK RULES.
7. Generators of any type are PROHIBITED. Only factory supplied electrical cords are allowed. No modified cords of any kind will be accepted. Make sure to check your plug and connections at least once every 60 days.
8. Quiet time is from 9 PM to 7AM. Please respect other people’s privacy and property. Walk on paved street and not through other guests’ campsites. Profanity, loud and unnecessary noises and improper conduct is PROHIBITED.
9. There will be no refunds for early departure or for guests who fail to follow park rules.
10. Washing vehicles or RV’s is not allowed unless prior approval is first obtained from the office. (A $10 wash fee will be required). Any/all mechanical repairs, including oil changes and/or lubing is PROHIBITED within the park.
11. Motorcycles may be operated between the park entrance and your campsite upon arrival and departure ONLY. ATV’s or off the road vehicles of any kind MAY NOT be operated on the park premises at any time.
12. Drugs, use of firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited. NO PUBLIC COMSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL is allowed. Any violation of this rule will constitute an immediate eviction.
13. Cutting, disturbing, destroying or defacing trees, property, grounds, buildings, facilities, roads, etc. will constitute an immediate eviction.
14. Any type of outdoors clotheslines and/or hanging of clothes outdoors are prohibited. A laundry facility is provided for park guests ONLY; do your part, and help keep it clean. A dumpster is provided for disposal of regular household waste. Any/all boxes must be broken down before discarding.
15. We endeavor to keep our park clean and looking attractive. “We reserve the right to add or change any of these rules as circumstances require.” Disregard for any of the above PARK RULES will be sufficient reason for terminating a guest’s stay without a refund for unused site fees and/or your security deposit.
16. Tenant agrees to maintain a current Registration and State Inspection of their vehicles and RV at all times. Vehicles and RVs that do not have a current registration or state inspection will be towed at owner’s expense.
